Casual Connect Europe was held in Hamburg from February 7th-9th. More than 4,000 well-known faces from the web, mobile and social games industry were on location to discuss the latest developments and trends in games.
Michael Kalkowski
, Co-founder & Creative Director at GameDuell, spoke at the event about "Online-transplatform: Success Factors and Pitfalls of Cross-Platform Gaming". He shared key metrics and lessons learned from several GameDuell cross-platform social games. In addition, he provided interesting answers to the question of how game developers can benefit from offering cross-platform games to their players by improving user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
